Curved glass

Curved glass – architectural curved glass designed for unique facade, interior, and bespoke architectural applications.

Curved glass is produced through a thermal bending process. The glass is heated to its softening point and shaped on a precision mold to achieve the required radius while maintaining excellent optical clarity, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.

Description

Materials & Technologies

  • Premium-quality float glass
  • Thermal bending on custom-radius molds
  • Tempering for enhanced strength or lamination into curved safety glass
  • Custom engineering of radius, dimensions, and edge finishing

Applications

Curved storefronts and entrance systems, complex panoramic facades, elevator shafts, glass balustrades, interior features, furniture, and exclusive architectural projects.

Production capabilities

Minimum bending radius 1000 mm
Maximum panel size 2400 × 6000 mm
Glass thickness 6–12 mm
