Insulating Glass Units (IGUs)
An insulating glass unit (IGU) is a hermetically sealed assembly consisting of two or more panes of glass separated by a spacer and filled with dehydrated air or inert gas. The IGU provides up to 70% of a window’s thermal insulation performance, making its quality a key factor in indoor comfort and heating and cooling efficiency.
Energy-efficient insulating glass units keep interiors warm in winter and cool in summer, reduce heating and cooling costs, and provide effective protection against outdoor noise.
