The business-class residential development required high energy efficiency and superior living comfort, including reduced heat loss, protection against summer overheating, and a transparent architectural facade. -
Our solution
A Pro 50 single-chamber insulating glass unit with an 18 mm spacer and argon gas filling was selected. The combination of a multifunctional coating and the optimized cavity thickness provides the ideal balance between natural daylight and thermal performance.
